Product Introduction:

Robustart Premix-Q (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent used for qualitative and quantitative Real Time PCR reactions using the probe method. It contains Robustart Taq, a hot-start enzyme with Taq activity that is sealed at room temperature, which effectively suppresses non-specific amplification caused by primer non-specific annealing or primer dimer formation under low-temperature conditions, thereby improving the specificity of the amplification reaction. This reagent uses an optimized qPCR-specific buffer suitable for mutation detection, genotyping, etc.

2. 5×Robustart Premix Buffer-Q

Reaction Setup:

Hot Start: at 95℃ for 1~5 mins

Denaturation: at 95℃ for 10~20 sec

Annealing and Extension: at 56~64℃ for 20~60 sec
