LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) is a nucleic acid amplification technique. This assay kit utilizes dye-based isothermal

amplification and can be used for qualitative detection of DNA or RNA in samples such as viruses. Bst 2.0 HS is a heat-activated DNA

polymerase based on Bst2.0, obtained through reversible modification technology. It completely blocks enzyme activity at room temperature 

and enables reaction setup at room temperature, preventing nonspecific amplification and improving reaction efficiency. Additionally, 

Bst 2.0 HS DNA polymerase does not require a separate activation step.
